I will work with every client individually to assure that my services meet all expectations.  Whether you wish to request cooking services, arrange for an in-home class, seek consulting, I will meet with you for an assessment interview so I can be sure I am the best fit for your needs.

I am credentialed as a Dietetic Technican, Registered (DTR) and hold a B.S. Degree in Culinary Nutrition which provide you the confidence that I know what I am doing when it comes to preparing healhy foods that can fit within any dietary restriction.  I can communicate with your MD or RD and speak their language.  Many chefs claim to have knowledge of nutrition but have no credentials to back up those claims - your health is important to me!
